By accessing or using GrowthGPT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

GrowthGPT is an AI-powered ad strategy tool that audits existing ads, identifies decision blockers, and generates creative concepts using Google Gemini models via Vertex AI.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you submit and all outputs you use. You must use AI-generated ad concepts, copy, and visuals in compliance with all applicable laws, including advertising standards, intellectual property laws, and platform-specific policies (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).

You agree not to use generated content for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal advertising.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. All ad concepts, copy, and strategies generated by GrowthGPT are yours to use commercially. GrowthGPT retains no ownership over generated outputs.

5. Credits & Billing

Usage is governed by your subscription plan. Credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrowthGPT is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, legally compliant in all jurisdictions, or suitable for any specific advertising platform. You use generated content at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
